As a product designer in an online sportsbook company, I create intuitive and engaging user experiences for the platform's digital products. It is important to collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals, requirements, and roadmap, be hands-on from the discovery phase to the implementation, and Incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams throughout the design process.

Aside from that, I am also a dedicated team member, creating workshops, and focusing on our working methods, working agreements, processes and documentation.

​I've been working as a UX-UI designer for the Apps department, initially, I was working on maintaining their products, creating tailored features for each client, and adapting the product framework to the client's necessity. After a time I was involved in a more exciting position, where I acted as a principal UX & UI Designer in a small design team focusing on building a whole new app product from scratch! 
my responsibilities are: to work closely with developers to understand constraints and guarantee good handover and design support. Develop a design system, create wireframes, flowcharts, and interactive mockups, Investigate user scenarios, design handover, etc. Aside from that, I help as a mentor for some team members, I like to participate in team activities such as workshops and any other thing that may need my help.

I worked closely with a small multi-disciplinary team of engineers, product owners, and business people to find practical solutions to increase retention, improve UX and create new powerful features for the current product. This work involves creating multiple concepts and prototypes, flows and assets, building consistent UI / UX across the app, and supporting engineers during implementation.

At Werlabs, I could help the company with 6 different projects they had planned during my contract. At this work, I could translate concepts into flows, prototypes, mockups, communication scenarios, and complete UX. In addition, I developed some branding graphic design work and played with online and offline campaigns and events. 

 

When it comes to Optimus,  I helped develop wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, and design assets with documentation of user experience and UX / UI best practices, and exploratory research methods for the product.

I have developed B2B and B2C campaigns, helping the sales team close deals with large companies and partnerships and sign customers building strong support materials. I also helped improve the company's internal communication, working closely with the marketing manager to ensure deliveries. Worked with graphic materials and as the company's main designer focused on the user experience and the user interface for some projects in the company.

I helped the communication team by creating new campaigns and graphics support for clients. I developed illustrations for web material and social media and took control of the company's graphics development.

I created Branding and Visual Identity and Stationery Designs for clients with different activities and advertising campaigns. My skills helped set up web layouts for clients and diversified the office service by providing vector illustrations for the most different purposes. I acted as a social media manager setting up posts and maintaining the customer's pages.
